Consultation went smoothly and we discussed different types of Roman shades with the customer to ensure they were satisfied with the end result. Provided advice regarding valances and curtains to combine with Roman shades per the customer’s inquiries as well as regarding motorization options. Customer picked materials, colors, and designs that complemented the room’s intended décor. We began the crafting process of the custom Roman shades (measurements taken during the consultation) and returned to deliver and install them within a 7-day turnaround period.
