Mr. Stops figured that motorized blinds would be a fun way to get his kids interested in helping around the house.
There’s something really impressive about the way that motorized blinds work, and we think that Mr. Stops is right. Kids can’t help but be drawn to something quite so futuristic, and when you want them to help around the house it always helps to make it a game. So we sat down with Mr. Stops to figure out the best system for his requirements and ended up with several different remote controls all tied to the same system. The overall end product meant that each kid could take turns raising and lowering the blinds, and would have a little responsibility. We even made sure to install the blinds while the kids were at school so that it would be a surprise when they got home!
